Sale Orders

Understanding how orders work in Jazz is an important part of running your business. After a customer places an order (using your store), it appears in the Transactions area of Jazz.

You manage all of your store’s orders from the Transactions page of Jazz.

Steps:

1. Click Transactions module
2. Click Sales
3. All orders will display
4. You can search the order by entering the Buyer name in the search bar
5. You can also filter the results by selecting start date and end date
6. Click the view icon against an order to view the purchase order, you can also see the status of the orders
7. You can also download the purchase order slip by clicking the download button
