When the advance shipment notice is imported in the Jazz system and products arrive at the warehouse, now the warehouse person can start receiving the products and place them at proper locations.
Steps:
- From your Warehouse app, go to Receive Stock.
- From the Receive Stock page, scan the barcode of the product that you are receiving receive and press enter.
- Select the reference number from the pop-up.
- Pick the quantity that you want to receive.
- Enter the lot number.
- Scan the location from the location scanner.
- Click on Mark Bad button and select the quantity of damaged and open-box products if your products are damaged and place them on a location.
- Add comments for damaged and open-box products if you want and Save them.
- By clicking the Update button your selected quantity of products will be received.
