When the returned product is delivered then you need to receive it and place it in a warehouse at the proper location, the receive return module of the warehouse app serves this purpose.
Steps:
- From your Warehouse app, go to Receive Return.
- From the Receive Return page, scan the barcode of the product that you are receiving and press enter.
- Select the reference number from the pop-up.
- Pick the quantity that you want to receive.
- Enter the lot number.
- Scan the location from the location scanner.
- By clicking the Update button your selected quantity of products will be received.
