Lookups

Add a Tax Group

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Tax Group.
2. From the Tax Group page, click Add Tax Group.
3. Enter the code and description of Tax Group.
4. Click on Create button.

Edit a Tax Group

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Tax Group.
2. Choose the tax group that you want to change and click on edit icon.
3. Modify the tax group description.
4. Click on Update button.

Delete a Tax Group

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Tax Group.
2. Choose the desired Tax Group and click on delete button.

Add a Customer Group

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Customer Group.
2. From the Customer Group page, click Add Customer Group.
3. Enter the code and description of Customer Group.
4. Click on Create button.

Edit a Customer Group

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Customer Group.
2. Choose the Customer Group that you want to change and click on edit icon.
3. Modify the Customer Group description.
4. Click on Update button.

Delete a Customer Group

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Customer Group.
2. Choose the desired Customer Group and click on delete button.

Add a Terms Code

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Terms Code.
2. From the Terms Code page, click Add Terms Code.
3. Enter the code and description of Terms Code.
4. Click on Create button.

Edit a Terms Code

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Terms Code.
2. Choose the Terms Code that you want to change and click on edit icon.
3. Modify the Terms Code description.
4. Click on Update button.

Delete a Terms Code

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Terms Code.
2. Choose the desired Terms Code and click on delete button.

Add a Shipping Services

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Shipping Services.
2. From the Shipping Services page, click Add Shipping Services.
3. Enter the code and description of Shipping Services.
4. Click on Create button.

Edit a Shipping Services

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Shipping Services.
2. Choose the Shipping Services that you want to change and click on edit icon.
3. Modify the Shipping Services description.
4. Click on Update button.

Delete a Shipping Services

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Shipping Services.
2. Choose the desired Shipping Services and click on delete button.

Add a Country

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Country.
2. From the Country page, click Add Country.
3. Select country from drop down list.
4. Click on Create button.

Delete a Country

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Data Management > Lookups > Country.
2. Choose the desired Country and click on delete button.
