Categories

You can group your products into categories to make it easier for customers to find them.

Add a category or sub-category

To add a category to your top level content:

1. From your Jazz Manage, go to Data Management > Categories.
2. From the Categories page, click Add Root.
3. Enter the name of your parent category and click on tick.
4. From the parent category, Click on Add Child.
5. Enter the name of your child category and click on tick.

Edit a category or sub-category

Steps:

1. From your Jazz Manage, go to Data Management > Categories.
2. From the desired parent category, click edit button.
3. Rename the parent category and click on tick.
4. From the desired child category, click edit button.
5. Rename the child category and click on tick.

Delete a category or sub-category

Steps:

1. From your Jazz Manage, go to Data Management > Categories.
2. From the desired parent category, click edit button and then click on delete button.
3. From the desired child category, click edit button and then click on delete button.

Classes

Add a class

Steps:

1. From your Jazz Manage, go to Data Management > Categories.
2. From the Classes page, click Add Class.
3. Enter the name of class and click on tick.

Edit a class

Steps:

1. From your Jazz Manage, go to Data Management > Categories.
2. From the desired class, click edit button.
3. Rename the class name and click on tick.

Delete a class

Steps:

1. From your Jazz Manage, go to Data Management > Categories.
2. From the desired class, click edit button and click on delete button.
