Approve Return

You may receive returns from customers because the product may not meet customer expectations, or the wrong product or size got delivered, the product may be defected and many reasons. You can approve a return from the warehouse app easily.

Steps:

1. From your Warehouse app, go to Approve Return.
2. From the Approve Return page, scan with the order number or barcode to find the shipment and click on the Find button.
3. Click on the Detail button from the desired shipment.
4. Click on the Pick Products For Return button to return the product quantity, a pop-up will appear.
5. Select the quantity that you want to return and click on the Picked For Return button.
6. Click on the Save button, a pop-up will show for confirmation, click on Agree button.
7. By clicking the Approve For Return button selected product will be returned.
