Products

Your products are the goods, digital downloads, services, and gift cards that you sell. You add a product in Jazz Manage by entering product details and uploading product images.

When you are adding or updating a product, you can make the product available to one or more of your sales channels.

Add a product

Steps:

1. From your Jazz Manage, go to Data Management > Products.
2. From the Products page, click Add product.
3. Enter the basic information of product.
4. Enter advanced information of product
5. Enter description of product.
6. Attach one or more images
7. If your product has options, like size or color, then you can add a variant for each combination of options.
8. Save the product by click on create.
9. Add your products in Bulk Actions using Add Products CSV, please view this setting in our Advance Concepts section.

Duplicate a product

To save time when you add a new product, you can duplicate a similar product. If you want to add options to an existing product, such as color or size, then add a variant to the product instead of duplicating the product.

Edit a product

After you’ve created products, you can edit them to change their descriptions, prices, and any other product details. Although you can change your product details at any time, the changes can affect your reports.

Steps:

1. From your Jazz Manage, go to Data Management > Products.
2. Choose the product that you want to change and click on edit icon.
3. Modify the product details.
4. Click Update.
5. You can update products in Bulk Actions using Update Products CSV, please view this setting in our Advance Concepts section.
6. You can update categories of products in Bulk Actions using Map Product Categories, please view this setting in our Advance Concepts section.
7. You can update attributes of products in Bulk Actions using Map Product Attributes, please view this setting in our Advance Concepts section.

View a product

You view all of your products and variants from the Products page in the Jazz Manage.

Steps:

1. From your Jazz Manage, go to Data Management > Products.
2. Choose the product that you want to view and click on view icon.
