Understanding how orders work in Jazz is an important part of running your business. After a customer places an order using an online store or warehouse person places an order for a customer, it appears in the Orders area of the Warehouse app.
Orders Status
An order in the warehouse app can be in any of the following state
- Placed : means that the order is confirmed and placed either by a warehouse person, sales person or by customer through online store app.
- On Hold : means that the order is not confirmed yet and it is in Hold state, the user can un-hold it any time and confirm the order.
- Partially Shipped : means that the order pick/pack process is started and order is getting delivered to the customer in partial shipments.
- Shipped : means that pick/pack of order is completed and it is delivered to customer.
Orders View
To view a order follow these steps:

- Go to Orders, click the view button.
- You can view all information of supplier, buyer, product detail, shipment date, price, and shipment charges.
Orders Pick/Pack Ship
The warehouse person can log in to the warehouse app and start the pick/pack ship of orders from the orders section. He/she can select quantities by scanning locations or products and select quantities to be shipped.
Steps:
- Go to Orders, you can pick/pack ship the orders which are Placed and Partially Shipped.
- From the Orders page, to ship the order click on the Pick/Pack Ship button.
- Pick the product quantity that you want to ship by clicking on Edit Pick Location & Quantity button.
- Click on the Review Shipment Button.
- Select planned shipment date from the calendar.
- Click on the Confirm Shipment button, the pick/pack ship of the order is done.
- You can also view the history of shipments done for an order by clicking the shipment from the shipments section.
