Closed Sales

It shows the stats of all Orders placed on the Online Store or by the Warehouse app. You can easily see the progress of your Online Store. You can further filter these results, you can see the closed sales by your sales rep persons, by your customers, or by a particular product. This report will tell you which Product is giving you profit, by which sales rep person or by which online customer.

Download Closed Sales Report

You can also download the CSV of your closed sales, just select the start and end date and view the progress. You can download the CSV by Sales Rep, Customer, or Product.

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Reports > Closed Sales.
2. From the Bulk Actions, click on Export CSV.
3. Choose the start date and end date.
4. Download CSV by clicking on the Download button and open it in any spreadsheet software.

View Closed Sales By Sales Rep

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Reports > Closed Sales > By Sale Rep.
2. View the sales distribution chart.
3. Select the start date and end date to view results during this duration.
4. Scroll down to view the stats by Order placed by a person, attached sales rep, and the total amount of order.
5. You can also download the stats, click on snap download button.
6. Open the download snap, it will show sales between selected dates.

View Closed Sales By Customer

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Reports > Closed Sales > By Customer.
2. From the Closed Sales – Report page, choose the start date and end date.
3. View the results by customer, their linked sales rep person and order.

View Closed Sales By Product

Steps:

1. From your Jazz, go to Reports > Closed Sales > By Product.
2. From the Closed Sales – Report page, choose the start date and end date.
3. View the results by-products, customer name, system user who placed the order, quantity of a product, and total amount of order.
