Jazz offers a variety of pricing plans, billing cycles and more.
When you review the solutions we provide, you can see multiple rates and fees, such as monthly price and yearly price. You are billed in US dollars even if your store is located outside of the US.

We offer two solutions for you and their monthly and yearly charges are as follows:
1. Intellistock – Inventory Management
This includes:

The monthly and yearly price is a recurring subscription charge for using Jazza Mange Intellistock – Inventory Management.
You also need to buy Integrations EDI (Top up Charges) – Addon for using the inventory app. You are charged depending on the topup transactions you buy.
2. Web Store
This includes:

The monthly and yearly price is a recurring subscription charge for using Jazza Mange Intellistock – Inventory Management.
Invoices
You can view the monthly or yearly invoice of your plan whenever you start your plan. You can also download the invoice for your record. It tells you all the details regarding the plan purchased.
Free trial
If you want to try Jazz before committing to an active monthly plan, then you can sign up for a free 14-day trial. Your free trial begins when you get a trial. You won’t lose any of the work you complete on your store during your free trial when you choose a paid plan. If you choose a paid plan during your free trial, then you won’t be charged any subscription fees until the end of your free trial period.
You can set up your store during the free trial, but you need to choose a monthly plan before you start selling your products or services. If you don’t select a monthly plan at the end of your free trial, then your store will be paused and you will not be able to continue working on it until you choose a paid plan. If you don’t choose a pricing plan during your free trial, then you don’t need to take any action to cancel your Jazz account.

Jazz offers some great features to help you create and manage your stock receiving and store. You can use the free trial period as a way to get a good overview of how these features can help you to receive and sell your products and build your business.
Get the most out of your free trial by:
- Adding a few products and product details to make sure they display correctly on your online store.
- Creating a collection and attributes to organize your products.
- Setting up Payments.
- Familiarizing yourself with the Settings page in your Jazz admin to see how to configure your company profile.
Note: If you decide to sign up for a plan during your free trial, then you can do so without losing any of the work that you’ve put into your store.

Will I lose my free trial if I sign up for a plan?
No. You won’t lose anything that you’ve done on your free trial when you sign up for a monthly plan.
If you sign up for a monthly plan while you are still on your free trial, then you won’t be charged any subscription fees until your free trial expires.
How do I cancel my store during my free trial?
If you don’t choose a pricing plan during your free trial, then your account will be frozen at the end of the free trial. You won’t be charged for anything when your free trial expires.
When should I change my plan?
The plan that you choose will vary depending on the needs of your business.
There is no specific time at which you must change your plan, but you should consider upgrading your plan. If the amount of transaction fees that you pay becomes greater than the difference between your monthly charges for your current plan and the next plan up you might consider upgrading.
