Online Buyers

Do you want your buyer to have access to your online store? Then you are at the right place. You can add your buyers in Jazz through the online buyer’s section. Here you can invite a customer added in your customer list, then they can create an account on Jazz using the invite email. Or if the buyer has already an account on Jazz then you can search the buyer with the UUID and send them an invite request. Once they approve the request they can access your online store.

Steps to Invite Customers as a Buyer:

1. From your Jazz, go to Online Buyers.
2. From the Online Buyers page, click Invite Buyer to Webstore.
3. From the Customers tab, click on the right arrow of the customer you want to invite.
4. Click on the Next Button.
5. Click on Send Webstore Request.
6. The buyer is added to the pending list.
7. Once the buyer approves the request, then the buyer is added to the active list.
8. You can also inactive the buyer using the toggle button.

Steps to Invite New Customer as Online Buyer:

1. From your Jazz, go to Online Buyers.
2. From the Online Buyers page, click Invite Buyer to Webstore.
3. From the Invite New Customer as Online Buyer tab, enter the UUID of the buyer.
4. Click on the Next Button.
5. Click on Send Webstore Request.
6. The buyer is added to the pending list.
7. Once the buyer approves the request, then the buyer is added to the active list.
8. You can also inactive the buyer using the toggle button.
