Admin Users

You can create individual admin members who can log in to the Jazz.

After you create an admin member, you can set permissions and control what parts of the admin each admin member can access.

Add a Admin User

Steps:

  1. From your Jazz, go to Users Management > Admin Users.
  2. From the Admin User page, click Add Admin User.
  3. Enter the basic information of user and password.
  4. Save the admin user by click on create button.

Edit a Admin User

After you’ve created Admin User, you can edit them to change their Email, First Name, Last Name, Password and External App id.

Steps:

  1. From your Jazz, go to Users Management >  Admin Users.
  2. Choose the admin user that you want to change and click on edit icon.
  3. Modify the admin user information.
  4. Click Update.

View a Admin User

You can view all information of your admin user from the Admin Users page in the Jazz.

Steps:

  1. From your Jazz, go to Users Management >  Admin Users.
  2. Choose the admin user that you want to view and click on view icon.
