Shipment Notices

When the manufacturing of your products gets ready from your supplier, then your supplier informs you about the total number of products and their quantities arriving. Jazz Manage provides you an Import ASN feature where you import a CSV of products which contains information like shipment number, reference number, supplier name, quantity on ASN, quantity on the purchase order. After importing you get all the products imported into your system. You can change the quantities as well if the supplier informs you of any change in shipment. Your Shipment Notice can have the following status:

  1. Not Received: The status after importing the ASN is Not Received. When your products arrive at the warehouse from the supplier, you start receiving the products through the Jazz Manage Warehouse app Intellistock.
  2. Partially Received: When you start receiving products at your warehouse, its status changes to Partially Received.
  3. Received: Once all the products are received at your warehouse and placed in proper locations the ASN status changes to Received. This feature provides you the significance of monitoring the arrival of your products at your warehouse, stock receiving, and managing your inventory efficiently.
